Refund policy

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@minimame.com. Returns must be shipped to the following address: Nicole Pagnamenta, Via Lucino 7, 6932 Breganzona.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
