Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be available for subscription, pre-order, or "Try Before You Buy." This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you will receive deliveries on an ongoing basis. These deliveries are based on the length of your subscription and the frequency you select.
Your payment information will be securely stored. You will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order. You can use them to manage your subscription.

Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you purchase a product that is out of stock or coming soon and is not yet in stock. At checkout, we may not take any payment or only a partial deposit and store your payment method. We will then process your order and charge the full amount, or the remaining amount, at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not been processed. If your order has been processed, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. Please see our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
Try before you buy
When you purchase an item with the "Try before you buy" option, we authorize your payment method before processing your order. You will have a certain period of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. After that time, if you have not returned it, we will charge the full amount to your payment method.
